Founded in 2016 Turtle Peak provided business support and telephone answering services for our customers.  In January of 2017, Turtle Peak began offering its services to nutraceutical clients for whom we generated mid-six figures of additional revenue per month for them. Through our unscripted approach, we’ve helped to consistently maintain chargeback and refund rates that are 50% below the industry norm for CPG companies.  In 2018, the company expanded to a comprehensive BPO model offering telephony, chat, social media email, as well as front and back-office support services.
